It moves through all the fluids in the body and is an important part of our natural defenses.  Zinc is stored in the thyroid, pancreas, liver, kidneys, bones, voluntary muscles, prostate, sperm, skin, hair, nails, white blood corpuscles and parts of the eyes.

Zinc supplementation has been known to help with maintaining appetite, the skin, and immune function.
